“Presidential elections in pre-trial detention center.
As a person who has some understanding of the organization of elections, I can say that there are two options for holding them in a pre-trial detention center:
a simpler, but less convenient - mobile voting, when several people from the nearest commission take ballots, a portable voting box and go to the pre-trial detention center;
more difficult, but more promising, is the creation of a temporary polling station in the pre-trial detention center itself.
It was the second option that was implemented in my pre-trial detention center-7 in Kapotnya; polling station No. 3705 was created there.
Somewhere at the beginning of the week there was a chamber-by-chamber bypass and all Russian citizens were asked, rather on a voluntary-compulsory basis, to sign a statement that they were ready to vote. And on Sunday, March 17, at approximately 11 o’clock, a pre-trial detention center officer came into the cell, named the names of those who signed the statements, and told me to get dressed. We were taken to the administrative building and led to the entrance to the assembly hall. There I had to wait a bit; I just had time to look at the information poster about the candidates hanging on the entrance door to the hall. Once again I giggled at the presence of a 1987 Skif cargo trailer in the “vehicles” section of candidate Putin. I can't, it's funny every time.
Then I went to the assembly hall. A huge portrait of President Putin from the 2000s hung above the stage, which was clearly illegal propaganda (Although some, especially conspiracy theorists, may answer that now he is a completely different person). But it was hardly possible to do anything about it. At the site organized there, everything was the same as at the usual one, there were even balloons in the colors of the Russian flag. The commission consisted of employees of the pre-trial detention center. The voter lists were compiled in advance based on the statements of the prisoners; you just had to give your name and sign in the list book for receiving a ballot. Then you could go behind the screen - everything was in order with the secret voting. I wish I had someone else to vote for! Nevertheless, I made my choice: I put a tick in front of one of the candidates, and also could not resist and made an inscription with a certain content next to the name of the other candidate. And he put the ballot in the box. Then I left the hall and waited for the inmates to vote.
On the way back along the street to our building, a cute fluffy gray-blue cat followed us with his gaze. And while I was admiring him, I realized that it was not in vain that I went to vote.

Как человек, имеющий некоторое представление об организации выборов, могу сказать, что есть два варианта проведения их в СИЗО:
более простой, но менее удобный - выездное голосование, когда когда несколько человек из ближайшей комиссии берут бюллетени, переносной ящик для голосования и едут в СИЗО;
сложнее, но надежднее - создание временного избирательного участка в самом СИЗО.
Именно второй вариант и был реализован в моем СИЗО-7 в Капотне; там был создан избирательный участок №3705.
Где-то в начале недели был покамерный обход и всем российским гражданам было предложено, скорее в добровольно-принудительном порядке, подписать заявление о том, что они готовы проголосовать. А в воскресенье 17-ого марта примерно в 11 часов в камеру пришел сотрудник СИЗО, назвал фамилии тех, кто подписывал заявления, и сказал одеваться. Нас вывели в административное здание и привели ко входу в актовый зал. Там пришлось немного подождать, я как раз успел ознакомиться с информационным плакатом о кандидатах, висевшем на входной двери в зал. В очередной раз хихикнул с наличия у кандидата Путина в разделе “транспортные средства” грузового прицепа “Скиф” 1987 года выпуска. Не могу, каждый раз смешно.
Потом я прошел в актовый зал. Над сценой висел огромный портрет президента Путина образца нулевых годов, что явно было незаконной агитацией (Хотя кто-то, особенно конспирологи, могут ответить, что сейчас это совсем другой человек). Но что-то сделать с этим было вряд ли возможно. На организованном там участке было все, как и на обычном, были даже воздушные шарики цветов российского флага. Комиссия же состояла из числа сотрудников СИЗО. Списки избирателей были заранее составлены по заявлениям арестантов, нужно было просто назвать свою фамилию и расписаться в книге списка за получение бюллетеня. Далее можно было пройти за ширму - с тайной голосования все в полном порядке. Было б еще за кого голосовать! Тем не менее свой выбор я сделал: поставил галочку напротив одного из кандидатов, а также не удержался и рядом с фамилией другого кандидата сделал надпись определенного содержания. И опустил бюллетень в ящик. Затем я вышел из зала и подождал, пока проголосуют сокамерники.
На обратном пути по улице до нашего корпуса нас взглядом провожал симпатичный пушистый серо-голубой котик. И пока я на него любовался, понял, что все же сходил проголосовать не зря.
