Cheka - GPU - NKVD - NKGB - MGB - KGB. The names changed, but the essence of these “organs” was the same. This is the secret political police. And, like any secret political police, these bodies served one purpose, namely the preservation of an undemocratic regime in power by suppressing all forms of dissent. The ideology of the ruling group is not important. There were no differences between the Gestapo and the Stasi, the Securitate and the Siguranza, and many of their employees changed their colors from “brown” to “red” in accordance with the situation.
It would seem that the third wave of democratization has swept away the rotten pseudo-communist dictatorships. It seems that freedom and democracy have arrived. And here we have the role of the new political police - the next bloodsuckers - played by the FSB and the “E” center under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is closely connected with the FSB. Dzerzhinsky may now stand in Muzeon Park, but his spirit still hovers over Lubyanka Square. It's okay. Continuity is completely ensured.
There are also attacks on history, the right to interpret which the government of thieves and bloodsuckers wants to monopolize. Hence all these stillborn concepts of the so-called. “a single history textbook.” But that's only half the story. ЧК - ГПУ - НКВД - НКГБ - МГБ - КГБ. Названия менялись, но суть этих “органов” была одна. Это тайная политическая полиция. И, как любая тайная политическая полиция, органы эти служили одной цели, а именно сохранению недемократического режима у власти путем подавления всех форм инакомыслия. Идеология правящей группы при этом не важна. Между Гестапо и Штази, Секуритате и Сигуранцей различий не было, а многие их сотрудники перекрасились из “коричневого” в “красный” в соответствии с конъюнктурой.
Казалось бы, третья волна демократизации смахнула прогнившие псевдокоммунистические диктатуры. Вроде бы наступили свобода и демократия. И даже если не совсем свобода и не совсем демократия, то можно хотя бы с удовлетворением вспомнить известную цитату “но ворюга мне милей, чем кровопийца”. Да, пускай воруют. Но хотя бы кровопийцы-чекисты остались в прошлом.
Оказывается, нет. Власти ворюг тоже нужны те, кто будет бороться с инакомыслием всеми средствами. И вот у нас роль новой политической полиции - очередных кровопийц - играют ФСБ и центр “Э” при МВД, тесно связанный с ФСБ. Дзержинский может и стоит теперь в парке “Музеон”, но дух его все также витает над Лубянской площадью. Все в порядке. Преемственность обеспечена полная.
Идут нападки и на историю, право трактовать которую власть ворюг и кровопийц хочет монополизировать. Отсюда все эти мертворожденные концепции т.н. “единого учебника истории”. Но это лишь полбеды. Особо ретивые покушаются на таблички “Последнего адреса” в Москве и Петербурге. А “Последний адрес” - замечательный, воистину народный проект по сохранению исторической памяти. Сейчас чуть ли не каждую неделю появляются новости о демонтаже под предлогом “реставрации” памятников жертвам репрессий из разных неугодных власти групп. Таким образом люди, уже однажды репрессированные, снова, на этот раз посмертно, сталкиваются в гонениями - с гонениями на память о них.
Закончу банальностью: власть ворюг и кровопийц не вечна. А вот историческую память, особенно память о самых неприглядных страницах нашего прошлого, мы должны сохранить на века. Чтобы никогда больше.
