Elena Shmeleva and children's ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova.
The last two, who seemed to represent the social sphere, were replaced by candidates associated with the Northern Military District: Medvedev, the person responsible for the “goyda”, who suddenly came in handy again in the public field, and the journalist Poddubny, who was wounded in the first days of the Kursk events of August 2024 (by the way, his colleague at the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Popov has been sitting in the State Duma since 2021). Back in 2021, the figures of the “hawks” Lavrov and Shoigu at the head of the list of the “party in power” spoke a lot about the intentions of the regime. The current list is even more eloquent.

В прошлый раз, на выборах в 2021 году, в пятерку входили Сергей Лавров (присутствует и в новом списке), Сергей Шойгу (в связи с коррупционными скандалами в Минобороны замене на более ноунеймную связанную с армией кандидатуру), главврач и герой борьбы с COVID-19 Денис Проценко (другой главврач представлен и в новой пятерке), глава центра “Сириус” Елена Шмелева и детский омбудсмен Анна Кузнецова.
Последние две, представлявшие как бы социальную сферу, заменены на связанных с СВО кандидатов: ответственного по “гойде” Медведева, который внезапно снова пригодился в публичном поле, и раненного в первые дни курских событий августа 2024 года журналиста Поддубного (к слову, его коллега по ВГТРК Попов сидит в Госдуме с 2021 года). Еще в 2021 году фигуры “ястребов” Лаврова и Шойгу во главе списка “партии власти” много говорили о намерениях режима. Нынешний список еще более красноречив.
Помимо этого стоит отметить, что далеко не обязательно все эти персонажи займут депутатские кресла. Федеральная пятерка - это т.н. “паровоз”, которые своей известностью тянут весь список вверх. Так, из пятерки 2021 года одна Кузнецова в итоге приняла депутатский мандат, став вице-спикером, в то время как другие остались на занимаемых ими местах министров и глав бюджетных учреждений. Что-то подобное будет и в этот раз. Разве что Поддубный скорее всего станет депутатом - с журналистской деятельностью это совмещать можно.
