“I have heard rumors about the disgrace in which A. Prokhanov found himself for his new novel “Lemner”. They say that he is even afraid of a foreign agency, and here I would like to immediately note that Prokhanov is such a large and significant figure that if he is included in any register, he will occupy at least two lines there - he simply will not fit on one.
Once about five years ago I tried to read something by Prokhanov, but it didn’t last long. I realized that this was a very high-quality graphomania, and put it aside. But since 2015, I have loved reading his articles in the newspaper “Zavtra”, where he is the editor-in-chief. I remember this newspaper was once sold by half-crazy men at the entrance to the Gostiny Dvor metro station, along with other mysterious and marginal political publications. I even bought it from them a couple of times just for fun, but later I switched to the electronic version. It was not for nothing that I wrote “for the sake of laughter,” because Prokhanov’s editorials could dispel any of my sadness and melancholy - they were very funny. So I regularly visited the website of the newspaper “Zavtra” for a good mood, and Prokhanov was invariably generous with it.

«До меня дошли слухи про опалу, в которой оказался А. Проханов за свой новый роман “Лемнер”. Говорят, он даже опасается иноагентства, и тут хочется сразу заметить, что Проханов – такая крупная и значительная фигура, что в случае включения его в какой-нибудь реестр займет там минимум две строчки – на одной он просто не поместится.
Как-то лет пять назад я пытался прочесть что-то у Проханова, впрочем, надолго меня не хватило. Понял, что это очень качественная графомания, и отложил. Зато еще с 2015 года любил почитывать его статьи в газете “Завтра”, где он главный редактор. Помню, эту газету когда-то продавали полусумасшедшие мужички у входа на станцию метро “Гостиный двор” – вместе с другими загадочными и маргинальными изданиями политической направленности. Я ее даже пару раз у них приобретал ради смеха, но позже перешел на электронную версию. Не зря написал “ради смеха”, потому что передовицы Проханова могли развеять любую мою грусть-тоску – очень уж смешно. Так что на сайт газеты “Завтра” я стабильно заходил за хорошим настроением, и Проханов неизменно был на него щедр.
