In mid-October, we began trials on the merits: prosecutors read out endless volumes of the criminal case. The event is generally mournful, but there are moments that add some variety.
For example, isn’t it wonderful to hear how a colonel of the prosecutor’s office, reading out some posts from social networks, is forced to repeatedly repeat the slogan “No to war!” You can listen.
And at the meetings on October 23 and 30, prosecutors mentioned the name of Alexei Navalny dozens of times, which could not but evoke a whole range of different feelings. But it was especially painful to listen to the text of the post from the spring of 2022, which said that Alexey Navalny survived the assassination attempt, bravely returned to his homeland and now from prison calls on everyone to protest. This was read out precisely on October 30, the day of remembrance of the victims of political repression.

В середине октября у нас начались суды по существу: прокуроры зачитывают бесконечные тома уголовного дела. Мероприятие это в целом заунывное, но есть моменты, привносящие некоторое разнообразие.
К примеру, разве не прекрасно слышать, как полковник прокуратуры, зачитывая какие -то посты из соцсетей, вынуждена многократно повторять лозунг "Нет войне!". Заслушаться можно.
А на заседаниях 23 и 30 октября прокурорами десятки раз было упомянуто имя Алексея Навального, что не могло не вызвать целую гамму самых разных чувств. Но особенно больно было слушать текст поста из весны 2022 года, где говорилось, что Алексей Навальный пережил покушение, смело вернулся на родину и теперь из тюрьмы призывает всех к протестам. Это зачитывали как раз 30 октября, в день памяти жертв политических репрессий.
