“A couple more words about the modes.
I read in the Kommersant newspaper that official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova recently wrote in her telegram channel about Ms. Nuland’s visit to the state of Niger: “Victoria Nuland thought that with Niger it was possible to do the same as with Ukraine: put buns in a plastic bag and fool them? You will no longer find such a banana regime as in Kiev.”
Now we will not consider the essence of Ms. Zakharova’s claims against Ms. Nuland, but we will note the typical Foreign Ministry-mgimosh expression “banana regime.” We will need it.
Another news: the press secretary of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Dmitry Peskov, said: “Putin will be re-elected next year with more than 90% of the votes.” And one more piece of news that I seem to have gleaned from the same issue of the Kommersant newspaper, which quotes Ms. Zakharova about the bananas nature of the Kyiv regime: in Ukraine, the terms of office of the president and parliament are coming to an end, and in connection with this there is an active debate about the advisability of elections during martial law. And they still seem inclined to hold another election, perhaps with only a slight shift in timing.
It turns out that in one country they are in all seriousness ready to hold elections in the most difficult conditions, while in another, six months before the elections, they are confidently and without any hesitation calling out the completely indecent result of the main presidential candidate.
And which mode is banana?

“Еще пара слов о режимах.
В газете КоммерсантЪ я прочел, что официальный представитель МИД РФ Мария Захарова недавно написала в своем в telegram-канале о визите г-жи Нуланд в государство Нигер: “Виктория Нуланд думала, что с Нигером можно так же, как с Украиной: положить в целлофановый пакет булочек и обдурить? Такого бананового режима, как в Киеве, больше не найти”.
Сейчас не будем рассматривать суть претензий г-жи Захаровой к г-же Нуланд, но отметим типичное мидовско-мгимошное выражение “банановый режим”. Оно нам пригодится.
Другая новость: пресс-секретарь нашего Верховного главнокомандующего Дмитрий Песков заявил: “Путин будет переизбран в следующем году, набрав более 90% голосов”. И еще одна новость, почерпнутая мной вроде бы в том же выпуске газеты КоммерсантЪ, где приводится цитата г-жи Захаровой о банановости киевского режима: на Украине подходят к концу сроки полномочий президента и парламента и в связи с этим идет активная полемика о целесообразности выборов во время военного положения. И они, похоже, все же склоняются к проведению очередных выборов, возможно с лишь небольшим смещением сроков.
Получается, в одной стране на полном серьезе готовы проводить выборы в тяжелейших условиях, а в другой за полгода до выборов в полной уверенности и без всякого стеснения называют совершенно неприличный результат основного кандидата в президенты.
И какой же из режимов тут банановый?
